Karin oversees day-to-day company operations since April of 2018 and has surrounded herself by an amazing team. Karin is establishing short and long-term goals, developing strategic direction for the company and company policies. Karin oversees inventory control, INSTA product and marketing development, negotiating contracts while maintaining positive and long-standing relationships. Her leadership and decision-making skills lead the company’s team with confidence. Every day Karin is incredibly grateful for the continued support and loyalty received by existing and new customers.
Joe has been a vital part of our company since September of 2013. He is overseeing our daily operations of sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and satisfying their needs and requests on a day-to-day basis in a professional and timely manner, developing relationships with many of our existing and new clients. He also oversees all incoming and outgoing shipments of our INSTA products, including identifying discrepancies in quality and quantity. Joe is also facilitating our semi-annual trade shows and assists in research and development of potential new INSTA products and aids Karin in many other aspects our company.
IT | Customer Service
Nolan joined our team in 2020 working part-time during his education to become a Network and Telecommunications Engineer. Since his graduation and transition to full-time employment he has become a vital part of the day-to-day operations at Insta Container Modification. He oversees all technical operations including computers, IP telephones, marketing including website design and social media, and email management. Nolan also helps customers with shipping and purchasing, has a good team spirit with collaborative values and likes to help out wherever he can at our office and warehouse. Nolan will be happy to help you with his cheerful and happy attitude. We are very thankful to have Nolan on our team.

Nirmal has joined our team in 2020 working permanent part-time in our shipping/receiving department. He ensures all your orders are packaged with special care and will always welcomes you with his great smile.
John de Jong
Shipping / Receiving / Administration
John joined our team in November of 2021 with years of experience in purchasing and warehousing. John is assisting Joe daily in our shipping/receiving department and is responsible purchasing office, promotional and warehouse supplies and keeping our offices organized. John also assists Karin in a variety of administrative duties, including, accounts payable and receivable.
IT | Marketing | Administrative Assistant
Brooklyn joined our INSTA team in January of 2023 as a part-time employee while finishing her second year of Business School at Okanagan College.
Brooklyn has added more hours to her work schedule while on summer break. She has been in training with Nolan to learn the technical operations of the company. Brooklyn has helped to oversee the marketing, set up a new sales platform, and assist Karin with accounting duties. Brooklyn is very excited to learn from this amazing team.
Shipping Administration | Marketing
Maeganne joined our team in October of 2022. Maeganne brings years of experience in warehousing, inventory control and light haul delivery for the construction industry throughout the Okanagan Valley. She holds a Community Support Worker diploma and is passionate about the welfare of underprivileged members of our community. Maeganne assists daily with shipping/receiving duties, marketing, customer service and ensures our warehouse runs with the utmost efficiency and accuracy. Her attention to detail, hard work ethic, and willingness to take on whatever task is at hand has been a great asset to our team.
