As we look back on 2025, we want to take a moment to say thank you. Thanks to our customers, partners, and supporters, this year was one of growth, innovation, and giving back. From new product launches to expanded services and meaningful community involvement, 2025 reinforced why we do what we do.

Here’s a look at some of the highlights that defined our year.

Giving Back to the Community

Community support continued to be a core focus for INSTA Container Modification in 2025.

Thanks to our customers, we were proud to donate:
• $1,045 to Breast Cancer Research
• $965 to Men’s Health initiatives

In addition, we participated in the Merry Moments program through the Kelowna Food Bank, where we had the privilege of sponsoring two local families during the holiday season. Supporting families in our community is something we truly value, and we’re grateful to be in a position to help make a difference.

Industry Events & Trade Shows

In April, INSTA attended the National Portable Storage Association (NPSA) Trade Show in Las Vegas, exhibiting from April 6–8, 2025.

Having a booth at NPSA allowed us to:
• Connect face-to-face with industry professionals
• Showcase INSTA’s modular container solutions
• Discuss real-world applications and customer challenges

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth — it was great to meet both familiar faces and new connections. (Highlights from the show were also shared in our April Mailchimp update.)

Product Availability & Supply Chain Wins

One of our biggest operational wins in 2025 was the re-introduction of our Shelf Brackets and Pipe Racks into the U.S. market. Improving availability for U.S. customers has been a priority, and we’re excited to once again offer these essential products with reliable access and lead times.

Drop-shipping Now Available

In March 2025, we introduced Drop-shipping Services, making it even easier for partners and resellers to work with INSTA.

With drop-shipping now available, customers benefit from:
• Faster fulfillment
• Simplified logistics
• Reduced inventory management

This expansion reflects our ongoing commitment to making container modification solutions as accessible and efficient as possible. (Announced via Mailchimp on March 11, 2025.)

New Products Launched in 2025

Innovation remained a key focus throughout the year. We were excited to introduce several new products designed to improve container functionality, security, and usability:
• #6068 LV Louvered Vents – Improved airflow and ventilation
• #6204 Hanging Stacking Cones – Enhanced stacking and storage efficiency
• #7101 & #7102 Power Ports – Available in single or dual port configurations for added convenience

Each of these products was developed with real-world applications in mind, supporting job sites, storage operations, and mobile container solutions.

Improved Customer Experience: Stripe Payment Links

To make purchasing even easier, we implemented Stripe payment links in 2025. This new payment option allows customers to:
• Pay quickly and securely
• Simplify invoicing
• Reduce delays in order processing

It’s one more way we’re working behind the scenes to improve the overall customer experience.

As we head into 2026, we’re excited to continue building on the momentum of this past year expanding our product lineup, improving accessibility, and supporting the communities that support us.
